If the Democrats are cheating why wouldn't they have just stuffed the ballot boxes in 2010 2014 2016 2018 and 2022 when the chance arises? If they can stuff the boxes in a record turnout election and win why wouldn't they be able to win every election on perpetuity?

Or is it more likely a historically unpopular president motivated millions to come out and vote against him.
