The chance to cast doesn’t interrupt the smite animation anymore. But it has 40% chance to cast fire storm making it bm in general as the fire stun is overpowered vrs not fhr opponents.
It’s like having 2x 08 torches casting at once.
I banned it in my ladder and so did many others but y’all can do whatever you want.
