We’re not trying to go back to walk smite so HF just give Vtpk more strategy/ action.

You’re not using wisp because you already have Phoenix with 5%max lr which is quite huge against vt already in d2r.

Yeah HF needs to be allowed or else we’d all use zerk. If you want the additional range, use zerk but you lose ias frame when HF’d. use PB, you lose range but gain the ias frame. Give and take. I don’t like items that limit the meta and wisp is going to push phoenix even harder.

Same with HF, FoH just give duels more strategy/action and open up more builds, instead of fully up/smite/charge gear dependent.

Even before 2.4 Phoenix and foh nerf, I just threw in Rare boots 40lr + 30lr rare ring. But I don’t care about these changes, a good dueler should be able to adapt so I’m cool with w/e

Whatever you’re comfortable with, all I know is that foh hurts without any max%+ res or sorb.

I vote no Lo+wisp
