I’m a lvl 90 gf barb and gambling rings
They seem to have good value for money odds compared to other items. And I like to gamble them.
I’ve done research what clvl I need to be to get the 100% chance on necessary ilvl for +2 skills on circlets (92), coronets (87) and amulets (95). But what’s the necessary char lvl to get all and best possible prefixes and affixes on rings?

Is it just the highest nr. next to the prefixes and suffixes of rings on this page?

SOJ lvl 44-48
40 Mf Ring lvl 47
Caster Ring lvl 79
Dual Leech lvl 91+

I just want to be able to get all possible prefixes and affixes for the best possible rings. Not gambling for something specifically.

I'm sure there's a breakdown somewhere, I just remember lvls. Considering, anything below or above a set target lvl is usually a waist.

91+ will get you a chance at dual leech with ML requirement of 91+. This level technically covers all possible outcomes, but will likely not get you any decent caster rings.

Unlike Amulets, Rings split into Caster or Melee and you have to take that into consideration when gambling. Otherwise, you're really only aiming for dual leech at 91+.

I don't really understand why you say rings split into caster or melee. The prefixes and affixes are randomly combined and they are almost never fully suited for caster or melee.
And there are other good rings that can be gambles besides dual leech rings. When you talk about amulets being for caster or melee, you probably mean when you craft amulets? Because then you can determine the outcome of the prefixes and affixes.

You are not wrong, However, the ultimate outcome can only be for one or the other ie FCR ring or Dual Leech. Crafting does let you target one or the other a bit better than Gambling. The only 'targeting' you can do when gambling rings is the clvl. 79 for casters and 91+ for leech.

This is somewhat relevant because caster rings tend to be more valuable and easier to target with the lower clvl requirement.

If you Hail Mary at 91+ you are lowering your odds for a good caster ring due to the bigger prefix/sufix pool that are not useful for casters at the chance of getting a dual leech. Is it worth it? Up to you.

I'm still interested in knowing how you got your info about clvl91+ for best dual leech stats.
I'm lvl 90 and gambled dual leech rings. Are the odds at every gamble 100% with 91+ (-5/+4 taken in consideration)?
Or can you gamble higher %dual leech on 91+ (this seems unlikely because this is not how it works i think).

I don't remember the details, I believe 91 is minimum for the highest sufix on rings which is mana leech. I could be wrong on this one lol it's been so long and I usually just go for amulets.

Just did a quick search again. Found the answer. You were right about 91+
Guess i have to lvl up at least 1 lvl to get lvl 91 for best results. Might as well go for two levels to also gamble circlets at best clvl

"Anyway there are three affixes of mana leech and three affixes of life leech that can spawn on rares

Life leech:
(3% - 4%) is a alvl=14
(5% - 6%) is a alvl=47
(7% - 8%) is a alvl=77

Mana leech:
(2% - 3%) is a alvl= 25
(4% - 5%) is a alvl= 58
(6%) is a alvl= 86

Rings have alvl = ilvl and gambled item ilvl= character lvl + [-5, 4], so if you wanna gamble a dual leech with 8% ll and 6% ml you need a lvl 91 for a chance of those affixes.

Crafted Blood Rings can have more ll since they have a fixed ll afix (1-3% ll) that stack with the above affixes, so crafted blood rings can have up to 6% ml and 11% ll... Juicy!"
