Quest cape done at 89CB on my main so yes lowest possible stat requirements are fine



As for prices, Let me know what quest you want done and we can negotiate to find a price we both agree on

I'm only accepting jobs on mains / normal ironman accounts because i don't want to risk D/cing on a boss fight on a HCIM and losing your status (would feel bad if it happened)

And yes i will do literally any quest, Nothing is off the table





As for why i didn't make a graphic .. it's not needed, Yes it makes the service a little more appealing but it's honestly not needed

EDIT: if anyone was wondering what he paid, He paid me 10m to do the ToB run at the end of the quest, he did up to ToB himself

and he paid me 13m (10m and tipped me 3m for quick completion xD)
