What is the rarity implicits? 12-20 or 25?

The max implicit possible on this item is 20%, you can verify this on the wiki,

My demi is a 20%.

It doesn't really matter was just curious. There was once a time they went to 25% but they are legacy now.

No, this is incorrect. Wiki goes all the way back to pre-beta introduction. Probably thinking of a different item. Sorry

Nah not a corruption, its also a guy who has literally every single alt art in the game aswell as foil reefbane too..He had it listed as an item in path of exile forums so that cant be photoshopped
