I hear if a sorc maxes out Lighting mastery+ fire mastery that it also adds onto the elemental damage on weapons..this true? because this one sorc with KuKu was doing MAD damage...or maybe be some kinda bug? anyone got imput

Only calculates for skills, not damage coming from weapons. Same as items with +damage won't count for spell damage.

max fire mastery and max ENCHANT will give you more fire damage.
