Hi,

I wanna get into video editing, could be anything from just a sequence of 30 sec for an art thing or a whole 4min music video.

I want to gather some information about softwares, apps and other way to get started with this (not using OS Movie Maker)
Want to be able to make weird psychedelic edits and stuff for videos, my vision is 30-40sec edits.

Any program or app suggestion is welcomed.
Can pay for professional start-up!

Your best bet would be to explore things like Adobe Premier and After Effects.

If you want to get into special effects type things then definitely give After Effects a good look. Video copilot is a good resource for that sort of thing. PM if you have any questions - I don't have a whole lot of Video xp but I might be able to point you in the right direction.

I will definitely look in to those programs, appreciate the answer.
