Dude, You literally have held this for a week. bumped like 5 different threads. Have gotten laughed at for turning down my offer... posted it in the trophy room when you have absolutely no idea what's good....

I retract my 2k offer

It isnt even remotely worth that lol.

I was aggressive and drinking when i offered it.

If you take any item with 6 staff mods and skills you'll literally have the same odds as you're talking about.

fire bolt ctc is useless.
5mana is bad
1mdr is bad
cold res 18 is bad.

Its literally like a plain 3IB/10fcr/2os orb.

Also another thing, this WILL be used on a lvl 12 sorc. If anyone makes a lvl 9 ice blaster they will stand zero chance.

Anyway. I have literally never seen anyone research an item like this and then get angry when he is told over and over again that it isn't good.

It is a great temp. And good luck with your sale but I dont need it. If you'd like to see a better one I have like a perfect one on LoD. but it has lvl 12 jewels in it.

I'm not that concerned honestly. The odds of this item dropping are over 1 in 5 billion without the staff mod, and with the staff mod slightly under 1 in 200 billion. (The calc doesnt have iceblast which is a tier 2 staff mod, so I used a tier 3 staff mod which was the lowest possible option)
