My guess is an online store with a handful of human bots trying to liquidate.

The stock of these items is absolutely absurd considering how little time passed from the start of D2R. But there are still people for whom earning a couple of FGs by playing D2R 24/7 is the best way to make decent living, so maybe that's the case? I haven't seen bots (Xbox) yet, so I doubt it's that. Duping? Well, I think that if it was possible, I would already have bought several Enigmas while I'm still saving for the first one.

It's really not that many items... Why is everyone always panicking that when somebody has a lot of items for sale that it must be done by cheating, jesus. There's plenty of options.
