it's still hard to believe this item is worthless. skills, frw, ar% and life can't possibly be that bad
charge relies a lot on ar%. charge without angelics might fail to hit some casters.
visio helms can't be worthless.

Put it up with a bin of 200. If it's worth more you'll have multiple people trying to bin and outbid the bin within a minute, which is not going to happen...
