I was leveling my sorc and noticed that I can't put points into the next cold armor. Anyone else? Xbox.

maybe u didnt add point into the previous 1?
and ure getting the skill bonus from gear or somethjing

Shiver armor also requires other prerequisite skills before you can get it, follow the guide lines of the skill tree, they show you what is required
