If I bet -6.5 600FG for the bills to win by 7 or more and if they do win by that is the payout the 600 that I put up so i'd receive 600?

Spread bets are usually -110, so a 600fg bet would pay out 545fg through a nfl book, if you can get a bet with another user it'll be +100 so you'd get a full 600 if they covered

This is only if you bet with one of the books, like Terpsbook or Lakeshow.

If you bet with a standard user, then you would receive a straight 1:1 payout, your 600 wagered to win 600.
