Duped runes can suddenly disappear somehow, i don't know why. Perm runes can mean two things, 1) Found in-game, i.e. they are legit, 2) Already socketed into a base, then it cannot vanish. I think there may be a way to perm them without this method but i am not sure how. I don't cheat anyway.
