courious, is there a hard/soft cap on mf? currently sitting at 522, and can hard swap to over 600, is this worth doing? am i over a mf cap which causes weird loot drops of nothing happening? generally confused and need answers! lol

Probably all over the internet but there are diminishing values after 300mf if I’m not mistaken.

i tried to take a gander, but everything explaining the mf was before patch 1.4??? w/e the new one was on actual d2. and that dated to like 2007

There's no mf cap, if you're doing pindle/meph more is better, if you're doing pit/cs/baal/etc. then put on more kill gear to speed up clear time (you should be at like 300-400 depending on class for these), if you're a barb weapon swap to hork.

High mf does not mean you'll always get drops, it's random and sometimes you get nothing for a long time.

300 is optimal

anymore has huge diminishing returns

522 is way too high

clearing run speed > mf
