I bought an ABS pre-built for D2R and it's been a huge pain in the ass. I'm currently stuck in a state where I can only access the bios. Why would my i7 2.9Ghz CPU be running a clock of 4590.55 Mhz? It's getting 1.209V and running 40C.

What model CPU are we talking about?

Assuming it's an Intel Core i7-10700, that CPU has a "Boost clock" of 4.8Ghz.
In other words, depending on load, it can run at any speed from 2.9Ghz to 4.8Ghz
