Wife and I are getting back into the gym.
Kinda let ourselves go since we have been together (5 years)
Any help towards this would be much appreciated.
Looking for a routine for myself
When I used to go I would just follow my friends routine for building muscle because I wasn’t that large back then
So I need something to follow that is not just running to slim my weight.
I understand cardio is a big thing but I’m a guy that needs a routine laid out to follow.
Will be going to the gym at least 4 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
I am 5 foot 10 inches tall
What I used to be:
185 pounds
What I am now:
270 Pounds
