It seems easy for some people to get confused and lose out (or win more if lucky) on fg.


My suggestion would be changing this and having a calendar of some sort, where you can place tickets on any individual x:00 time beyond your current time and making them be manually checkmarked/bubble filled etc. Past hours of that day would be greyed out/un highlightable etc.

This would give people not only the freedom to not make a mistake as many have done in the past, but would allow you to place tickets at specific hours rather than having to say, buy tickets for 12 hours in advance.

I mean, it says: "Buy This Ticket For the Next (X) Raffle(s)"

So, you can clearly choose on how many you want to buy for the next X amount of raffles.

Indeed it does, yet many, MANY users make a mistake and I see a thread such as my example in the first post at least once a week.

Essentially this would be for "foolproof" for the lack of a better word.

IMO an easier fix for this would be to have the "Buy For The Next X Raffles" input be disabled by default and a placeholder of 1. Then just have a checkbox next to it like "Purchase for multiple raffles" that you can click if you want to open up that input and increase the number. This definitely happens to users a lot, regardless of whether some of us think it's obvious enough how the system works, and I don't think it'd be that difficult to change if they desire to change it..

regardless of what the change is, I agree that there should be a change to prevent this from happening to people. a lot of people post in GH with that issue and constantly have to be told several times that it's not refundable, etc

I like that idea as well! Just hope for something that causes less of a misunderstanding for users. Thanks for linking more topics as well!
