Diadem has hidden special feature where the iLVL is automatically higher than it “should” be.

You can 1000000% roll with p skulls to infinity (the numerical value not the d2 item) and it never lower the “effective iLVL”.

Always use p skulls on diadems.


This is why you Reddit warriors should never tel blizzard what to do and what to fix.
