why doesnt the water flow all the way down i cant figure it out
its for my mob spawner

looks like your water is on slabs. therefore when it gets to the 3rd block off of the source it can't go further because it can't keep going on slabs. if you are trying to keep the water from freezing you only need a slab under the source block. mobs won't spawn in flowing water so no need to have the others slabbed
