The reason why they die is because instead of striving for self improvement, they try to beat other people.

The problem is not the sport, it's the competition. Like for example, I thinks I has good DNA ok, I know exactly what to put into my body at what time I do martial arts bla bla bla I think pretty well of myself.

But from here...to think that your mother really produced the best DNA out there...cmon dude seriously? There's a bit of arrogance in thinking that.

And in a way, it's not that big of a tragedy. Think about it, would you really want to have someone like that around? Who thinks he's the best shit on Earth?

How would he even look at you? I've been around people like that and I was always surprised that they never look at you!

It's as if you're invisible to them.

Agreed on the physique, crazy to know how much better he looked back in 2011-2014 but never got the title (who could beat Phil in those years though, honestly...)

Really good guy, and I believe those allegations were not truthful, sad to know he will never get a chance to defend his title.

I just googled it. First hit. People like flex Lewis have posted tribute and mentioned people need to get regular health checks so I presumed it was true.

Dude was a straight beast. He reminded me of a modern day Flex Wheeler (IMO The best physique EVER)
