Yeah this is one of those items you don't ever expect to drop. Now if you said occy, skullders arach or shako these are all very possible off of meph would be the easiest I'd say. But the top elite uniques some are once In a lifetime of playing. The rng is real lol

Rarest is Tyrael.

Second rarest Death Web, almost tied with Astreon and Mang Song (well, Zod is in between Tyrael and Death Web).

I've found 3 Tyrael's Might, 2 Mang Songs, and 2 Astreons, but not a single Death Web yet this entire ladder D:
