FRW has immense benefits in pk even on caster. There are several tricks.

True, frw is useful for pvp, but these aren't necessarily pvp boots.

The resists are decent, but somewhat low end (most people will pay for all 30%+ all these are barely 30% res or less than.

as far as using these for pvm/mfing... No frw is not necessary.
