A brief summary (to be added once there is a completed PC Guide)

D2R is a new game. Therefore for some rare items, example: JMODs, or Crafted Gloves 2P&M/20ias/KB/15str/15dex or Crafted Amulets 2 Assa/20FCR/60life/10Repl of Claws GT 2Assa/40ias/3LS/3DF 2s0x (or better) the price on these items the first time they hit the market in this game (either now or in ladder), will be astronomical. However, the big money spenders only need this item ONCE. Therefore, the price on such items (particularly JMODS) will reduce over time, some (JMODS) faster then others.

Several items have still yet to spawn. While we have seen some dream crafted rings, gloves and amulets we have still yet to see:

400-450%ed Eth Repl Matri Javs, 300ed Eth Repl Fools Mod BA's and 2Assa 3LS 3WP 300ed Eth Repl Fools Mod Claws. It is for this reason that these particular bases (Ethereal) should be the only bases that anyone ever Charsi Imbues (in order to make fg).
