Looking to potentially buy a dual monitor setup. My question is when playing a full screen game like warzone or diablo2 are you able to mouse right over to the other screen without doing alt tab? I know there is “full screen windowed mode” for most games. Let me know your thoughts, thanks!

Depends on the game, but most games with any form of full screen will lock your mouse to the game window. So if you want to move it to the other screen, you'd have to press the Windows key or alt+tab.

Steam has their in-game overlay (default keys are shift+tab?) and this will allow you to hover over to the other screen. Same with the Windows Game Bar.

and some games actually have a "lock mouse" option. it's best to figure out what works best for you. For me I just use my windows key.
