my buddy could give you more insight than i could, he's played a ton more then i have

Ladder slasher has next to non non click actions, its pretty much a clicker looter game, you explore a maze killing monsters and finding items, almost every action requires a mouse click.
Its also a 100% unique game that i highly recommend.
