I found an old captain of crush when moving. I used to be able to close it

Haven't used it in probably a year



80% of my training is kettlebells and Indian clubs (steel clubs)

Which both work a ton of grip (swings, snatches, inside and outside circles, etc)




Interesting to see i mostly do stuff involving grip and forearm , or they at least has a big component of those, and my grip strength got weaker

could be overtraining, try rest for a few days and see what happens to your grip strength.

I think it is because I traded weight for volume
