I'm in the understanding that as of October 5th of 2021, you will be able to upgrade any edition windows 10 to windows 11 Basic, then upgrade to pro editions ect afterwards at a cost.
Will require TPMS 2.0 to be installed, most laptops/computers made before 2019 will not have it. Most lower end computers/laptops in 2019-2020 will not have it.
Not sure the laptop install method if possible, but if you built your own Desktop or simple didn't come with one, you will probably be able to get the sensor for like 12 bucks online and it plugs into the motherboard somewheres.
