Fake math says Penny is the pick. Hes number 1 rb last 4 weeks, Browns are trash and have nothing to play for. Chubb dealing with 2 different injuries.

However if chubb does play it would be in the valuable plays like redzone etc and could easily go like 10 attempts 40 yds 2 tds. On top of that Zona has a great run defense so they might just shut down penny.

At the end of the day gotta go back to basics to make the pick.
Talent + opportunity = production. With talent being equal AT THIS MOMENT because of chubb injuries and Browns lack of motivation combined with penny's workload, recent history and matchup lthe opportunity is heavily on the side of penny. So that's my pick currently. Could sway to chubb depending on the news this week on chubb and the Browns. So keep an eye on practice reports and look up a few local reporters for the Browns. Sometimes they give the best up to date info
