Since it it is in your recent posts then it pretty much won't be added to the recent topics then again.
The recent topics are just for new created topics and only visible there for a certain amount of time.
If it may feel like a reasonable suggestion to you please still feel free to open a Site Suggestion for it. Make sure to read how to open one beforehand though.

A little adder: the time topics appear on your personal log list (tools) is limited. On the very right of the list the expiration date is shown. You can modify and update the expiration date if you select one of the topics by checking the box on the very left, followed by hitting the button "Edit Selected" on the bottom of your list
