ok so i’ve heard conflicting things. some say 0, some say 86, some say 52.
anyone have experience with tele cs and can help me out?

what do you expect to put you into hit recovery?

No monsters in chaos have abilities with knockback or stun. Melee monsters have to deal 1/16 of your max HP in one hit just to have a 37.5% chance to FHR you, and twice that for storm casters.
The only situation in which you're getting put into FHR in chaos is the same situation where you're dead in under 1 second because you're amped and getting slapped by fanat minion doom knights dealing 5% crits.
With 105 base damage / 60% chance of 42, even in P8 a doom knight might deal ~153 damage to an 8% dr 75% resist char, which won't FHR a zon with 4000+ hp
when they have +110% damage and you have -100% dr and there's 8 doom knights hitting you at the same time you might get put into fhr just before you're dead

It depends on build and what ur sacrifice are.

Like me, i have a 3hybrid zon. It heavy cs based.
Bug belt and eni allows me to have 28% dr without stormshield, sop is a inzane shield. So i started 70% block with sop.

Im already at 55fhr.
I used to have a eod as well as i have 30/10/nice adds boots and a 5/5sc.

I took away eod, swapped it for eob. Also have regular eni.
I muled away my sc.
I use wts vs all, even though i still have those other boots.

So for me, i sacrifice to much in reaching 86, and prefer 52.
Wts are extreamly important for me, while eob allows for more 322s to deal more physical dmg while maintaining max res.

I used to like the eod + storm vs barbs, and 1 x 12fhr skiller for that 32 break. However i almost never use stormshield...

So yes,
0-22-32-52-86 are all viable choices.
Low fhr May fuck you over, forcing you to flee more, getting stomped, forcing you to wsg instead of doing ur plan with teleport.

Conclucion:
Its all about what ur willing to sacrifice, ama in general can survive on 0 and low fhr.
But if u want to be slippery, some fhr helps a lot.
