I'm not sure you realize how hospitals work, chief.

You get healed first - pay later. Sure, he'll be even more in debt - but at least he gets healed. You get poisoned or injured in Cambodia, literally nobody is coming to save you.

Can't in America either. Without insurance. I mean, you can, but it'll financially ruin you. You'll lose pretty much everything and have to declare bankruptcy. Oh, and don't call 911 for a mental health issue or you're liable to get a cop showing up who shoots you or your family member.

The only people who claim we live like kings in the first world are those who have never lived without. That's great for you, but I have and know plenty of people who have gone hungry for several days to save money.

Cambodia has hospitals too :X
