what's with ggg and hardon for making rares from new league mechanics be stronger than endgame bosses? 0 counterplay to rare that runs fast as fuck, attacks fast as fuck, and has a fuck ton of hp.

was not really noticeable for me. more rare packs (especially with damage auras) and brutus spawning outside his arena were only things i noticed
