I assume 16 characters for one core will be grandfathered in. But intention is 16 max with both cores.

Character Limit has been fixed and rolled back to 16 Max (8 per core)
So the ppl who have more than 8 on a core since before can not create another 8 on the other core until u remove x amount on the other first.
