I give refunds with only indisputable evidence (sometimes priv dupes slip through the cracks as we all know) you must prove the item was a priv dupe.
If I say a item is perm that means I bought it as perm from a trusted person and have tested it myself.
Every item that comes from me is either legit or perm, UNLESS otherwise stated.
Users agree to this policy when trading with me.
