Obviously brighness is a monitor thing, but my question is, could be that some hardware piece may increasse brightness aswell? Per example a graphic card or processor, i know my question is a bit stupid but i want some good source to confirm that brightness is only a monitor thing, and pc hardware has nothing to do.

Note : a mate whos good on pcs told me that maybe graphic card would change (maybe)
