Major prosecutorial misconduct, here. The prosecutor basically pulled a bait and switch on him.
As abhorrent as what he did to those women is, this is the right decision, from a jurisprudence perspective. That prosecutor fucked up, big time.

DA basically told him he wouldn't be charged so he said more than he should have because he couldn't plead the 5th.
They later used that to charge him criminally. Major fuck up. But the right decision by the PA supreme court.
A DA shouldn't be able to do this to anyone, regardless if they're guilty or not.
They also said the jury was tainted by allowing the other women to testify to paint a history of his interactions with women.
I suppose we should take a little solace that everyone knows who he really is now, even if the prosecutor fucked up majorly and he can't be retried for it.
Letting one monster go so others who actually deserve freedom don't have to deal with this. Hard pill to swallow, but swallow it we will.
And no Greater this does not mean he is innocent, he's still a rapist.
Yeah. He should spend the rest of his life rotting in prison but some prosecutor really fugged up bad. Brutal.
