It's being released on multiple systems, but you're not able to actually play cross systems. So Pc players will only be with Pc, xbox with xbox etc.

At the moment there's only confirmation of cross-progression(available on multiple platforms), and not cross-play(different platforms playing together).

Here to add that Legacy Single Player characters can transfer to D2R
Gonna get my 93 mf sorc switched over to resurrected and continue my holy grail in HD
