This person is hitting on me, because I unwittingly posted a picture of her (she's an Asian with big breasts). And I asked: "would you make love with her?".

Realizing that it was her, I immediately removed the photo. Despite this, she persists in harassing me.
She is a very aggressive and hostile person.

If the test is designed with cultural signifiers that out groups would miss, then yes it’s racist. Similarly, math word problems with culturally specific language is racist.

The test is not designed to be racist. If certain "out groups" drop out or don't even go to school, there's your problem.
