heh it should be though, if you are coming after somebody with the intent to harm, why can't they incapacitate you to the point where you cant harm them?

the justice system rewards criminals with time and by punishing crimes after the fact. why let it get to the point where they cause harm? natural law of this world would dictate defend your own by any means necessary.
