PvP is confirmed.
I’m okay with certain items being account bound but not all.

Viable trading is a must, ‘completely open trading’ isn’t necessary if they do it well.

The game doesn’t need open trading which would give incentive for botters. We just need kick ass items. And of course real pvp so we can test our bad ass items. If the game is just a d3 clone, then they ain’t getting my money.

Even though I have yet to read or watch anything that made me want to get the game, I'll most likely still buy it because I always end up buying every Diablo game anyways.

They will introduce all kinds of cool things on launch with promises.
Then remove them when enough copies have been sold.

I was so looking forward to the pvp… by the time it came out in D3 I had already called it quits (or at least I remember the mentioning of it coming out, never did play again)

Those are issues but not the issues for me. D3 just didnt feel anything like D2 and it was just a turn off...immediately in fact. I have played D2 for years in my adolenscence but don't think I made it past lvl 5 in D3. What a let down.

How long would Neopets or RuneScape have lasted without open trade? A few weeks?

Bind on equip is fine but NO BIND ON PICKUP. Bop would be dumb.
