you can trade tcg mounts? or was that when they did that conversion to the like, mount collection thing and some mounts stayed as the item or w/e? I have a few on retail but they are in the mount collection, I checked on a website and it says at least one of the ones I know I have is over $1k usd lol

He more than likely bought TCG mounts in WOD when they were around $20-$50 per and saved them up until now.

Magic Rooster, Mottled Drake, Amani Warhawk, Spectral Tiger, Swift Spectral Tiger, X-51 Red Rocket, Fel Drake, Wooly Rhino, Blazing Hippogryph, Corrupted Hippogryph, Ghastly Charger, Savage Raptor

Had three of these sets sitting in a guild bank since WoD when supply ran out from a "patch" that prevented duping them. Swift sells for over 1k US with the others varying in prices. Not as good as the BTC from MOP CM Gold sales though.... lol.
