Is this show pretty good ? I never rely got into it, although I admittedly only watched a few episodes

this news is almost like 2021 bleach news to me

super sick

or like aot anime hiatus being 7 yrs then being announced level

the anime is good
just some truly horrible CGI moments
like the sheep are probably worse than Berserk 2016 terrible CGI level

the cgi isn't that terrible

and its also super minor like the least amount of screen time ive ever seen

anime is great tho lets be honest i kinda wanna read the light novels now and prob will after i watch these

Overlord is enjoyable, but honestly feels over hyped by other people.
It's good, but I was honestly expecting something better based on people's reactions, comments, recommendations for it.
I probably would have enjoyed it more if I didn't see the hype and recommendations for it before finally deciding to watch it.
I'd still happily watch additional seasons of it, but that applies to several hundreds of series I also watched.

I personally dislike CGI, but at least they only really used it for the faceless soldiers that are only there to die shortly later.
