It'd be cool if gambling was expanded and more randomized, i.e. you wouldn't know what would be in a merchant's gambling inventory and in a Hell game it could be any class of item, with scaled prices. I think this could give IGG real value. Also if mercs had a full inventory that'd be interesting.

I really liked some of the PD2 changes, sue me.
Stackable runes/gems
Shift/ctrl click for moving/dropping/identifying items
Make the cube 4x4, so it's actually a cube
Charm inventory. I'm sorry but I love it. Charms are just as much part of your character as any other piece of gear. I don't care if it does make the game a bit easier. I'm a hoarder and find it frustrating to work with such limited space when MF'ing.
Slowly introduce new carefully designed runewords/uniques.

I typically resist change to my own detriment but it's not always a bad thing. Sometimes we're just too stubborn to admit it.

No enigma means everyone worshipping at the sorcs feet. I think keeping the same mostly the same, but bug fixes maybe. Multi stash is good. Gold auto pick up as an option is also good.
