I got my parts picked out, I am just wondering if the ssd (Kingston A2000) will be compatible with the B560M STEEL LEGEND. Want to double check before I buy.

Pretty set on the processor/mobo (not much mobo stock around me so this is the best choice for me)

Thanks!

Also if anyone knows of a budget case with a usb 3.1 gen 2 type usb front port other than this or the h510 let me know.

i own that gpu so not buying it dont worry, also own a psu

Yes, that SSD will work with that motherboard. Not sure why you have concerns.

I will mention that the SSD is Gen3 and the motherboard can do Gen4. So you're losing speed but it's up to you if the money (SSD Gen4) and performance fits your budget/needs. I personally do not recommend SSD Gen4 unless you're actively moving files nearly all the time.

Out of curiosity, what's the wattage on your PSU?

Did you look into the Fractal Design Meshify 2 Compact? https://www.fractal-design.com/products/cases/meshify/meshify-2-compact/black/

Ya this is a budget built hence my chocie for the memory, the speeds seem fast as it is. the psu is 650w gold 80+

I have a heat sink for my gpu as well, just going to replace the fan since its a couple years old. coolmaster 212.

That case is about double-triple the cost of the one i got picked out (atleast here in canada considering current pricing/discounts)

Since you're trying to spend as less money as you can, I don't have any good recommendations for the PC case with the USB 3.1 you're looking for. Fractal Design is not a cheap brand and its build quality is worth the money (to me as I own a few). I think NZXT is your best bet but maybe Rosewill might also have some...but my rough search shows up with the Nighthawk model.

https://www.rosewill.com/product/nighthawk-z-rgb-black-steel-plastic-atx-full-tower-gaming-computer-case/

I found another one after searching NewEgg for PC cases with 3.1...

https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16811553076

It's similar to the Rosewill but with a brand that I do not know...

If it had a new graphics card it would run all the games for sure. There is a huge shortage of graphics cards so it’s either camp out on retailers websites trying to buy them in a second when they come in stock or buy them off scallopers.
