Oh yea James Robinson. Of course he's the dude. We had a top 5 RB in Robinson on arguably the worst Offense in the league. We played from behind every single game and Robinson still put up the numbers he did.

Taking Etienne at 25 was the literal worst case scenario. He was the last guy I wanted at that pick because RB is the least valuable position in the NFL. Then you add onto it that we already had a top 5 RB in the league as an UDFA rookie, it makes the pick even worse. RB was at the very bottom of the list of needs/holes to fill on this team and they waste a 1st round pick on another one.

I knew it was going to happen though and have prepared myself for this stupid Al Davis type of move by Urban "dumb fuck" Meyer.

I knew I should have trusted my gut. I would have hit 4/5 picks, all late picks if I went with my gut. Had Farley for the Titans and Oweh for the Ravens at 27 originally. Changed it to Moore for the Titans and Samuel for the Saints instead. That's what I get for over thinking it and not going with my first gut thoughts.

Just upset at myself that I didn't trust my gut and over thought it. I even posted in the Offseason thread hours before the draft that I didn't think Oweh would make it past the Ravens at 27. Granted, he didn't go at 27, but 31 instead, but still should have trusted the ol gut lololol.

You know anything about him? I saw he had 0 sacks, which seems pretty crazy for a 1st-round edge lol.

He is incredibly raw. He didn't start playing football until his Junior year of High School. He was a basketball player before that.

Incredibly explosive and has all the traits you want in a pass rusher that can't be taught. Don't let the lack of sacks sway you. He was really disruptive and had a lot of pressures. He'll need to be coached up and given some time to develop, but he has all the traits that you want in a pass rusher that'll translate to the NFL level.

He's a project along the lines of Ziggy Ansah and Jason Pierre-Paul who went way higher than him. Not quite as big as either of those guys (weight wise), but he's far more explosive and falls in that same group of upside as them. I would have had no issues with taking him at 25. A bit of an experiment, but he has the type of traits you risk taking the chance on. 6'5 255 running 4.36, 39'5 vert and 11'2 broad jump. Explosive as all shit.
