In general, I believe this could apply to other "smaller" sub-forums but I will refer to the "Private Realms" Diablo 2 sub-forum today.

There is extreme amounts of early bumps in this sub-forum and it hinders the sales and experience for the rest of us that do actually wait the 4 hours.

I think we need more moderation or the 4 hour bump rule shouldn't be in place. I understand there's always rule breakers but in this case they aren't even getting a slap on the wrist. While others are patiently waiting to sell their items, 4 hours is a long time to wait FYI.

Do you agree with me? The question in general is, do we need more moderation in the smaller sub-sections/sub-forums? Private Realms being the example I have direct experience with.
