It's mostly hood rats: What I have noticed is it's usually the brownish blacks that act like apes while the very African-like dark blacks act normal. Probably has to do with the fact that the dark-black Africans actually migrated to America from Africa so they know what shit living conditions are like and they're happy to be here. Meanwhile the brownies are born here into a life where they think that they deserve everything for free. Just look at the average age of these apes, they're usually millennials.
