I've already pointed out the issues with your interpretation. It doesn't include a large number of homeless people even if we make ridiculous assumptions like any level of mental illness means they can't hold down any job. It doesn't look at cause vs effect. It doesn't even look at cause of homelessness versus sustained homelessness.

Ask yourself which is more likely, that you don't understand science or social work, or if you know more about science and social work and literally every other topic than people working in those fields.

I don’t have sympathy for people who would rob or kill me or my family for their next fix, and that goes double for the adults who choose that life. I do feel bad for people who don’t use and are actually down on their luck, but until they stop lumping them together and start actually helping only the ones who deserve our help, I don’t want taxes going towards them at all. Seattle is terrible about the homeless issue. So much of our money spent and little to no change on the streets, still the same shithole it’s been for the last 15 years.

cram lots of people like sardines in there for each city. Food kitchen nearby to feed them with timed showers and toilet facilities.

In order to use the room you need to do chores (picking up rubbish/cleaning etc) or pay a minimal fee
