I just feel like 1st post is covered by general knowledge and management. The last post you are cut down to 1 hour or less. Some might find it better to have the most recent post up to date, not necessarily the first post.

With the updated feature to tracker, maybe instead of you are already subscribe to this topic one could quickly update notes, or in this case add a time stamp.
